Filling and delivery

The time of collection and shipment is up to 10 days. If changes are made to the order, the time may be extended.The commission includes checking every 5th unit in the warehouse.Each item can be checked for an additional fee. 3 yuan for 1 unit of goods.

Cost to Kazakhstan (Almaty) and Russia (Moscow):
Fast car 12-18 days $5-6.3/kg;
Slow car 18-28 days $4.5-5.4 / kg.
10-12 days BY AIR $10.5/kg (clothes)

Further to other cities, transfer via domestic lines for an additional fee.
Rates are subject to change. Regarding deliveries to other cities, it is specified individually.

Standard surcharges are added to the cost per 1 kg: for insurance — 1-3% of the order amount, packaging and tape — $10. To send fragile goods, we recommend a crate — $25.
The total shipping cost is calculated after packing and weighing the entire cargo.

We do not have a refund, but if the defect is more than 5%, we make a refund, this is decided on an individual basis.
